One Lump or Three

Sugar Sugar Everywhere. The amount of sugar in breakfast cereals such as Special K has tripled and wholemeal bread has almost one spoonful of sugar per three slices. Experts think that the generous helpings of sugar in everyday items is more of a public health threat than smoking, with rapidly rising levels of rotten teeth, diabetes and general all around fatness.
Have you checked the ingredients list lately?

Jordan's Muesli with no added sugar or salt is the answer! Along with homemade yoghurt, of course.

Yes, we're all in danger of getting the 'betus as they say in the southern states of the USA. I was shocked when travelling around the nation on Amtrak how many plump, elderly male amputees I saw. Once or twice I tentatively ventured "er...was it 'Nam?" and they'd reply "No honey, I got the 'betus" Gah.
